Pumpkin Pie Cake

During our Anniversary Celebration we served up this delicious dessert.

Pumpkin Pie Cake
Bottom:           1 box yellow cake mix (save 1 cup for crumbs)
                        3/4 stick of margarine or butter melted
                        1 egg beaten
            Beat with fork and press into a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan

Filling:             1 large can of pumpkin
                        3/4 cup of sugar
                        3 eggs
                        2/3 cup milk
                        1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
                        pumpkin pie spice to taste
            Beat with mixer and pour over the bottom

Crumbs:           1 cup cake mix
                        1/2 teaspoon  cinnamon
                        1/2 cup sugar
                        1/3 stick margarine or butter
                        1 cup chopped nuts
            crumble together and sprinkle on top

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes
