Customer's Quilt


This quilt  belongs to Nancy. 
She is a member of the Olde Kent Quilters.


This quilt will be in their quilt show which is October 28 and 29 in Chestertown, Maryland.

It's called "Emily's Wedding Quilt", by Fons and Porter some years ago. There's also a variation called "Celtic Solstice". You can basically put anything you want into the center 9-patch blocks and still use the rest of the pattern. Our guild did it for a "Mystery quilt" last year and the varieties were great! Some people used 1930's fabric, others used dark backgrounds with fall colors, some used very subtle greens with a cream background. They were all lovely! Best of luck!!!1
