This is Ruth's "Mod Medallions."
I did some lite custom freehand quilting on it.
It was quick and easy, and I think it looks spectacular for the amount of time it took me to quilt it. Nothing was marked and I used no rulers.
The back really looks good too.
My favorite is the design that was formed between the blocks.
